- Shipping & Delivery
- Orders usually ship within 24/48 hours of receipt - Monday thru Friday. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day (Monday). Once the order is shipped you will get a tracking number. All shipments are delivered via standard flat rate which means the delivery may take 2 to 3 days or 7 to 10 days depending on the destination and all weather conditions.
- Flat rate price is based on per order, not per item and shipping costs are not refundable.

- Returns & Replacements
- Teas & tea condiments are not returnable.
- Teaware and accessories are returnable in the event of damage during shipment or any other reason provided they are in their original unit packing. Items may be returned for a refund or exchanged for similiar priced item.
